牛腩 ························································································500g

胡萝卜丁 ························································································50g

西芹丁 ························································································50g

番茄酱 ························································································30g

红酒 ························································································30mL

洋葱丝 ························································································20g

香叶 ························································································5片

红椒粉 ························································································1小勺

现磨胡椒 ························································································少许

明治保加利亚式酸奶清甜原味 ························································································100g

明治醇壹牛乳 ························································································100mL

海盐 ························································································少许

牛肉高汤 ························································································400mL

橄榄油 ························································································1汤勺

烹饪方法

STEP 1

牛腩切成大小适中的块状,加入海盐与现磨胡椒抓匀后腌制10分钟,明治保加利亚式酸奶清甜原味打开后呈凝固状,用小勺搅拌成糊后待用。

STEP 2

锅中加入1汤勺橄榄油,放入腌过的牛肉,中火煎至双面微黄后盛出备用。

STEP 3

用锅中剩下的油炒香洋葱丝,然后加入西芹丁、胡萝卜丁与香叶炒香,再加入番茄酱与红酒炒到汤汁浓稠后加入牛肉炒匀后倒入炖锅。

STEP 4

倒入炖锅后加入400mL的牛肉高汤烧开后,加入100mL明治醇壹牛乳拌匀后,转小火烧50分钟。

STEP 5

加入1小勺红椒粉与海盐调味后继续烧10分钟,食用前根据个人口味加入搅匀的明治保加利亚式酸奶清甜原味即可。
