菠菜牛奶汤  
材料(2人份)

明治醇壹牛乳 ························································································450mL

菠菜 ························································································7-8棵

培根 ························································································3-4片

食用油 ························································································适量

胡椒粉 ························································································适量

盐 ························································································适量

烹饪方法

STEP 1

将菠菜煮1-2分钟然后出锅,用冷水浸泡2-3分钟取出沥干多余水分。

STEP 2

将培根和菠菜切成适当大小的细条状。

STEP 3

在锅内加入少量食用油加热,放入培根煎熟后,放入菠菜混合搅拌。

STEP 4

加入明治醇壹牛乳,可根据个人喜好添加胡椒粉或盐即可食用。

STEP 5

请注意,培根已经含有盐分,可根据个人喜好添加调味料调味。
