牛奶蓝莓果冻  
材料(1人份)

明治醇壹牛乳 ························································································300mL

果冻粉 ························································································7.5g

砂糖 ························································································适量

水 ························································································3小勺

蓝莓汁或蓝莓酱 ························································································适量

烹饪方法

STEP 1

将果冻粉用水充分地浸泡搅匀。

STEP 2

在锅里加入明治醇壹牛乳和砂糖,用小火煮开后,再将浸泡好的果冻粉添加入锅内,溶解后关火。

STEP 3

倒入杯中,冷却后放入冰箱使其凝固。

STEP 4

在凝固的果冻上添加蓝莓果酱或蓝莓汁即可食用。
