



明治醇壹牛乳 ························································································200mL
西米(小粒)························································································50g
椰奶 ························································································200mL
砂糖 ························································································40g
盐 ························································································少许
西瓜、哈密瓜等时令水果 ························································································适量
STEP 1
将西米在热水中充分煮沸15~20分钟,取出用冷水过一下,把粘滑液体洗净, 在水中浸泡5分钟。
STEP 2
在锅内放入椰奶,砂糖和盐加热,烧煮至砂糖融化关火, 加入明治醇壹牛乳等冷却后放入冰箱冷藏。
STEP 3
将西米除尽水分加入2中,与切好的水果一起相结合即可食用。
